CENHOT is the first Chinese supplier to sell hot pot and Korean barbecue equipment abroad. The origin of CENHOT has an interesting story. It all began with a meal and a mission. While dining out one evening, the founders of CENHOT were hosting foreign friends who expressed their appreciation for the deliciousness of hot pot, a traditional Chinese cuisine. For Chinese expatriates abroad, it provided them with a taste of home.

In response to what they witnessed, they decided to establish a company specializing in hot pot and Korean barbecue equipment. Their goal was not only to promote Chinese cuisine abroad but also to assist restaurants that wanted to save time, reduce costs, and increase profits. CENHOT was created with the needs of restaurant owners in mind, and their mission is straightforward: to empower restaurateurs by providing effective solutions.

This journey began in 2004 with a simple idea, but much like the restaurants they support, CENHOT has continued to grow and expand. Development History

In 2004

Hot pot was a traditional Chinese cuisine known within in China. To promote Chinese hot pot culture internationally,we founded CENHOT Foshan Co.,Ltd specializing in the overseas sales of hot pot and barbecue equipment. We established a physical showroom spanning over 600 square meters, embodying the principle of "Creating a Better Global Hot Pot Era." Our focus has been on providing a comprehensive global solution for hot pot equipment, enhancing product and service quality to make hot pot simpler and more comfortable.

In 2005

We strategically expanded into the overseas market by establishing CENHOT HONGKONG Co., Ltd, successfully registering the trademark in the United States, and forming a presence in North America with the establishment of a U.S. company.

In 2006

We became the overseas chair unit of the International Hot Pot Industry Alliance led by the China Overseas Chinese Federation.

In 2007

We joined prominent industry associations, becoming a member of both the Hot Pot Committee of the China Hotel Association and the Hot Pot Committee of the China Cooking Association.

In 2008

We became a member of the Sino-American Restaurant Association, achieving a market share of over 50% in major North American and European markets. During the same year, our office space expanded to over 1000 square meters.

In 2009

We secured recognition from the National Intellectual Property Office for two patented certificates, demonstrating our possession of core independent technologies in the industry.

In 2010

Responding to market demands and maintaining a keen understanding of quality, we made a forward-thinking decision to expand our product line. We introduced new projects focusing on hot pot base and dipping sauces and beverage raw materials, reflecting our deep insight into industry development and proactive response to consumer needs.
